you need to be aware that this is a promotional deal. the $29.95 will only last for 24 months and then it will go up to the regular price of about $55.00 After the promotional period they will encourage you to upgrade to a bigger package to keep the price down, but again that only lasts for a certain amount of time, after that deal is over you will have to pay for the bundle at the regular price, this will boost your bill up to $120 unless of course you upgrade to a bigger bundle, and those deals repeat themselves from their.
My household has been tricked into a bundle that we cannot get out of very easily because it would be expensive to switch. I encourage you to think about the pros and cons of satellite TV before you sign the contract. DirectTV is not the only company that does this to it's customers, Charter is another company who is clever with these promotional deals. that's how they get you.
My best advice to you is not to bundle TV, Internet and Phone. Bundling has it's pros, like only having one bill for each service, but that is where the pros end. Make sure this is the company you want to go with before you make any decision.
Sorry for the long explanation, I hope this helps.
