I got a mastercard debit card as a gift. As i went to buy a game from steam on it, it asked me my billing address and billing address line 2. What is the the billing address and what will steam do with it?

The billing adress is just the street name of where you are located in... the billing address 2 is if you have another alternative house where steam can send the bills. So the only thing steam do is make you pay though bills (ONLY IF YOU CHOOSE TO DO SO YOURSELF). How it works is, let's say you don't have money but a game is on sale and you really want it, then you can set it up so that steam can send you a bill, but if you choose to do so it will costs some extra. And if for some reason you don't want steam to 'save' your billing address then you can simply uncheck the 'save my options' button when you have paid for your game.
