Hi! In my opinion, the best way to stay fit and active, is to eat smart and exercise smart. Food wise, staying away from fast food, sweets, juices and sodas is always a great idea. (I usually save those for special occasions). Exercise is an important part too. This was the hardest for me, (to get out and make myself go on a run, etc. :)). I recently got involved with Cross Country and Track, which has been great for motivation and encouragement in this area. I would suggest finding some friends to exercise with. (it helps so much.) :) I wish you the best of luck, and never give up!
