Best Online Project Management software for many projects and time tracking?

Question

I'm looking for an online project management software that allows me to do the following:

- maintain an average of 30-50 projects
- allows me to assign individual tasks within a project to an employee
- allows for an employee to only see tasks assigned to them
- allows employee to log hours
- allows project manager to view hour breakdown for each project.

Sounds like a lot but I need it. 5PM does something similar to this but I don't like it. It isn't very user friendly. Any ideas?
