The best low calorie foods are always going to be fruits and veggies, trust me I've tried finding ways around it but I can't. My favorite fruits are kiwis and other citrus fruits like pineapple. I share your dislike in veggies, the only veggies I like is corn and green beans.
These are some great tips I learned when I started dieting. I've tried atkins, weight watchers etc. but those didn't last long.
1. you need to make some sacrifices with certain foods you eat or it will not work. this means no fast foods no frozen foods or foods high in sugar like regular soda and snickers bars.
2. cut your daily portions in half or follow the portion sizes given to you on the label. This will help you.
3. exercise for at least 30 minutes per day, at least 5 days a week. that's all it takes.
I've lost about 50 pounds in the past eight to ten months or so just by following these guidelines. make sure you drink enough water as well. the best way to tell if you are hydrated is if your urine is clear or it has a little bit of yellow. once it starts getting darker you need more water.
I recommend getting a bag of those bite size chocolates and following the serving sizes or even half the serving. If you are able to follow the daily serving size you should be okay.
I forgot to mention that picking no more than two days out of the week to let yourself have a little more room to eat what you want but not too much is a good thing. So if you can't keep to the serving sizes on the label with chocolate for example, just let yourself have chocolate on the two days you have off. You still need to watch your sugar intake, your carbs and drink plenty of water.
is it ok if I still eat chocolate if so how many per week/month shall I eat what choc is the best on diets?
