I would like to know how in demand are interpeters nowadays. I can speak Serbian/Cro and Bosnian. Can they go days without being of assistance to anyone. How often are they called??. What is the hourly salary rate in Australia? and how much do they get taxed?. Would you say that it is a good career choice or something one might do as a side job for extra cash?. Please put all your input in assisting me in understand everything about interpreters. thank you

You would think that being needed for language interpreters would be needed on a continuing basis but some don't need all the time you might need more advertising and things to get a business off the ground. Maybe take some business cards around register with theses medical clinics department of social and health services disability's hospitals all sorts of places where you can register so you can put yourself out there. But its possible to go a long time with out employment
