Before my hysterectomy in May 2009 I had multiple orgasms however since then I reach the intensity?

and feel as though I am going to have the orgasm but no fluid ejects. I do not feel the completeness. Why would no fluid eject any longer? With the orgasms before it was wonderful.

I think that you should contact your healthcare professional.  I have had orgasms before that didnt produce any liqiud.  I felt the orgasm but the fluid must have been such a small amount that it absorbed back into my vaginal walls.  Hope this helps alittle.
