It sounds like what you lost was a bunch of water. It's normal to lose about a pound a week. That is because fat is made of carbon and hydrogen, and it has to be changed to CO2 and water, and then it comes out through the lungs, and you simply can't breathe faster than that. You need to study some books about nutrition so you know how to eat right.
I was honestly gonna eat some carbs, I've only been eating 3 things (only twice a day) on this diet, boiled eggs, salads, and tuna. And were those don't have much fat and carbs I read eventually your body holds on to the fat because it isn't getting enough and it effects your metabolism making it slower trying to keep the fat, so I figure I'd try and gain 3 or 4 pounds, and start again to see if that helps. I weighed 235 a month and a half ago now I weigh 195, so I figure a few pounds won't hurt better than starting from the beggining.
