Im a 12 year old girl. 60 kg and 5 ft. already hit puberty. Ive been working out and eating VERY healthy, and the maximum of calories that i consume is 1000. But im not seeing any results? My size is not changing? How long does it take to see results?

I don't know how long you have been doing your workout but it does take time try protein you won't see things over night but try doing fiber this helps you feel fuller 30 minutes of excerise a day.Try letting go of sugar that means alot of it you will start seeing a difference.
I jog/run for 20 minutes, walk for more than an hour, do ab exercises, dance for more than an hour, and lift weights. allll that 6 times a week, thats why im weirded out you know..i also do HIIT workouts
