A week ago I found a few bed bugs, so the exterminator came to my house and told me the infestation was very small and that I don't need professional help. He told us what to do to get rid of them so I did everything. Today was the first day my room was completely put back together and I was laying in bed and I found a very small bed bug crawling around on my sheet. Should I be worried? I cleaned all clutter and washed everything in hot water and high heat. I vacuumed, sprayed my mattress and bed frame, put bed bug sheets on the mattress and what the mattress sits in, and put this powder that is supposed to kill bed bugs in the crevices between my carpet and wall. Should I do it all again just because I found one or what?

The powder is diatomaceous earth, commonly called D.E. You can get it at any hardware store. That is the only thing in your treatment that actually kills bedbugs. It is safe for people and pets but it grinds bugs to bits.
Get the picture? It's not a poison. The bugs have to touch it and carry it around until they die. So you have a normal situation there. It's ok to blow some more powder if you want to. If you don't have a puffer, you can take some on the tip of a spoon and blow it at your bedding.
