Bearded dragon just laying there not breathing or moving. Is it brumation? It feels a little stiff!?

Sounds like contacting someone who know about them pet store but it sounds to me like he may be dieing not breathing or moving and stiff thats what sounds like is going on.How long have you had this pet?
