So I applied for the backroom associate for Sears. I applied cause I liked the fact the I didn't have to deal with customers. I got an email for an interview. So I started searching what exactly a backroom associate exactly does,I found that a women applied for the same position and got an interview. Said it was weird cause they were surprised that she applied for the position because she was a women. So that made me second guess if I should actually go for the interview. So my real question is being a backroom associate the right place for a women like me and will I like it?

A backroom associate normally does everything like stocking shelf's and getting things ready for the shipping department you should be fine a lot of different people apply for theses types of jobs and being the way the economic situation is I would grab ahold of that.
