... anywhere between 70% to 125% each month with an average of approx 90%. everything has been going great until this past month. I am 3 months pregnant and suffered serious exhaustion the past two months (75% these two months) but still managed to work full time just not at my best. We recently had meetings where we needed to present sales data with a sales plan for the following year. The week before our meetings my computer crashed and had to be returned to head office across the country. One day before the meetings I got a new computer from the company. I told my boss that I was stressed and concerned that I would not get the presentation done. He said to do my best. This same week, I was doctor prescribed as having a lung infection. My presentation did not go well.
My boss gave me a written notice sating that if I do not get my sales data sorted in 8 weeks that I will be terminated. I'm shocked and extremely upset and annoyed. I'm wondering If they are trying to get me to quit as a result of being pregnant
Background - worked at this company for 10 months have had monthly sales quotas which have been met?

Business enterprises are for earning money for every minute they invest and not behave like charity organizations. They will analyze only the data available in the monitor screen. If there is an downward inclination and possibility for further fall, they will not see the person and weather they are sick or pregnant. Better you consult the HR person of your concern.
consult your team leader or supervisor
he's the ass that gave me the letter
In this situation you have to turn back. Remember you have 10 months of experience and an average of 90% success rate performer, even though you have some physical discomforts. So do what ever the maximum you can do. If your immediate boss try to exploit you, remember he has to answer his superiors. Till date he was successful because of the efforts of people like you. he may not like to loose. So be confident and be cheerful. Successful people always will have more avenues. Good luck
