Back pain, nose bleeds and abdominal pain. On and off spotting what could it be?

well it could be a bladder or kidney infection the viral flu menstual pain could you have pulled or strained a area or pulled a muscle it sounds like it must be alot worse i would see a dr this way you'll know if you need treatment for anything then agian it sounds like it might be period related
