my daughter swallow a q-tip and brought her to the emergency room they stated that there was nothing wrong with her they don't see anything on xray And I'm getting worried cause nothing passed

Well, if the doctor's say it's ok, and your daughter doesn't seem to be in any pain and your daughter doesn't seem to be in any discomfort, at all, then everything should be all good.
It could be that your daughter has already passed it without you realising or her body has absorbed most of it.
If your worried, there's nothing wrong with you taking her back to the doctors just to be safe.
Trust me, I've seen kids eat a lot worse and they are fine.
