First you did not state your age but, assuming you wrote the query, you are beyond the age at which most children have lost much of their facial cheek fat if they are not otherwise borderline or more obese in general. Now, if cheeks refers to butt cheeks, be aware that such bodily fat concentrations are a general condition related to female morphology. LIke it or not, human females are genetically programmed to store fat, often thought to be attractive, around the but and thighs...for self and fetus survival sake in a starvation prone locality (such as Africa where human beings first evolved). If its just a matter of excessive fat overall, it is more to be concerned about abdominal than facial fat. Your best bet for now would be to not give it too much concern (which can cause excessive emotional eating and poor diet) and simply try to moderate your eating for best overall fitness and trimness. The difference between baby and overeating fat is that baby fat contributes to baby survival along with mother's milk until self feeding eliminates the need. Dietary fat in excess contributes to poor health and shortened lifespan in the long term.
