Hello im a us army soldier deployed and we have DSL internet here...kinda sucks but its more than i can ask for...anyways my internet provider here is set on a timer to where every four hours the internet will shut off and u have to reopen your internet browser and put in the the user name and password and press login in order for the internet to start running again. Not a bad system to have to try and maintain the amount of connections when people arent using the internet. The problem is i like to download a lot but my downloads wont stay connected because of the timer. I do have a downloading program that allows me to resume downloading when i reconnect to the internet. My problem is i work 16 hours a day and then i go to sleep. My days off i would like to have the files i downloaded but i have to reconnect and resume the downloads. If i could find a program that simply saves the web address and opens a internet browser and strikes the enter key it would work. i wish i had the knowledge and the software to create such a program but i dont lol. The username and password is already saved in my browser so thats y there would be no need to reenter the username and password. Hopefully someone can help me i would just like for my internet to continue to keep running while away at work. Thank u and god bless i will try and check back as soon as possible.

You may want to look at MACRO programs, such as www.macro-recorder.com. These programs allow you to record mouse movements and keyboard strokes for automatic "playback".There are zillions out there to choose from. You will probably want one with timer capability. Good luck, and Thank you for your service.
