I ordered a seared ahi tuna salad yesterday. I couldn't eat all of it so I took the rest home. A little over 20 minutes after eating and I am having severe stomach cramps, pain in my lower abdomen, a somewhat weird taste in my mouth, sweating, and I have a bad headache. Should I have left it at the restaurant or Is it safe to eat left over seared ahi tuna?
Ate day old ahi tuna. 20 minutes later; bad stomach cramps, headache & sweating. Could it be bad?

Mate, you might want to see a doctor. I know food poisoning can cause abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, fever, chills, and weakness. Though it could be just a bad stomach, because I know when someone worries they start feeling symptoms even though they haven't got anything, however, I no expect.
I just remembering the notes we made in catering.
A day old tuna shouldn't make you sick unless it has expired.
