Hi all.
I need some advice. Im male and 22 and work in a hospital. We have had a 19 year student working with us for the last few weeks. We seemed to have been getting on really well, and she has been obviously enjoying my company quite a lot as I've seen her follow me a few times to chat to me. I added her on Facebook a couple of days ago to speak to her further. She's said things like 'Honestly so gutted your not on tomorrow'. I don't know how to take her 'friendliness' as she does come across as being rather innocent. As she does come across as being interested and the next time she doesn't. I would like to ask her out to meet outside of work, but I don't want to muck things up. Any advice about how I should go about asking her would be really appreciated.
