As an Aircraft Mechanic, what is better to work at, Endeavor Air at JFK or Republic Airlines at LGA?

I am an aircraft mechanic and I got hired by Endeavor Air at JFK and Republic Airlines at LGA. The pay is the same, but Endeavor Air gives a 3000$ bonus after staying for 1 year, and 9000$ when staying for 2 years. There is no bonus at Republic but the flight benefits are good, can fly on delta, US airways, United and American Airlines. Endeavor is only Delta benefits. Endeavor has the CRJ900, and Republic has the Embraer 145,170 and 175. So what should I pick?

Congrats on having options.  I am faced with the same exactly decision.  What company did you choose and how do you feel about your decision?  Any advice you can give now that you have the benefit of hindsight?
