It's a difficult one to answer. English is still an important language worldwide (although will become less so as Chinese takes over). I think it's very important that beautiful and important languages like Tagalog be preserved, though.
I think No, because English is the international language. And especially English words are the most used language in most subjects and some subjects are impossible to translate like Mathematics, Computer subjects, etc.
