Are there programs for low income families to help with car repairs??

I live in Columbia County, NY and the social services office won't even return my call.

Answer

I haven't heard of any programs that assist families with car related issues.Housing, medical,food,and short term income and education yes, but not car repairs.

Are there programs for low income families to help with car repairs??
