To be honest, I'm asking this because I'm lazy. I have dumbbells and I lift them for biceps. But I've heard that there are gyms that have electronic machines to gain muscles. Is it true? Is getting abs, shaped chest and big biceps possible with electronic machines and without lifting weights?

You build a muscle by exercising it to exhaustion and then letting it rest for about two weeks. Body builders have to learn a lot of anatomy so they can plan their exercise schedules. A professional would be able to name, describe, and control every major muscle in the body.
