i know a bunch but they are all for doctors. I want to go into child psychology or education for disabled kids. I am hoping that i will get to travel to other places where kids really need help, but i don't know what type of programs to look for.
Are there any programs where I can volunteer to go to another country and help?

You can apply for grants if you establish a recognised charity with the aid of any local group. The grants you apply for can be with any aid, charity, corporation, or organisation.
Most countries will only expect that you correctly register within the country with an adequate investment plan, proper management, and a good mission statement. But, then you may not even need to look overseas for willing recipients.
The volunteer abroad programs that allow you to work with NGO's usually charge volunteers. The charges are extremely high.
Creating your own charity to deploy from your area can allow you to maintain the service with a constant stream of sponsors. As you become more proficient you can apply for better grants that cover more needs and provide ongoing lifetime support.
If you establish your own charity then you can possibly apply to partner with many aid agencies. The UN has several ongoing aid concerns.
On the other hand, if you can afford to travel then finding the disability groups is a cinch!
