As for perspectives, it can be either from the mom, the daughter or anyone who knows if such a scenario happened. I know this may sound silly, but I’ve read so many cases from tomboy, goth, emo, etc daughters whose mothers wanted them to be none other than girly (some even forced them). So with that said, is it really that far fetched to assume that same kind of mother would want her daughter to talk like a valley girl as well?
