not as of yet no. there is venture, but it doesn't provide what im looking for either.... still awaiting a good service!!

I'm sure there are. Just stick to the big cities. There's bound to be a good portrait artist in Cardiff or Swansea. Where are you from in South Wales, by the way? It's a part of the world I really love.
