Are there any all inclusive resorts in California?

I live in So Cal and did not know of any all inclusive resorts in the greater LA area or Las Vegas. Just to be sure I checked Kayak and was surprised to see they had none. There are also none in Santa Barbara but that area is very cute and much smaller so more stuff is within walking distance of downtown, including the beach and Fisherman's Warf. Both Santa Monica and Santa Barbara will be quite pricey.
