Are such instances of hatred also political,territorial and historical as well as religious?

I am not sure what instances of hatred you are referring to. But most hate crimes are due to all four. Some countries it is political and religious, others it is territorial and historical is usually in there somewhere.

However, for True Christians who follow the command of Jesus Christ, "to love your neighbour as one's self" these instances would not be relevant as they would not go to war, get involved in politics, they refrain from getting involved in religious festivities and remain neutral in all aspects of the world.
