Are pugs clingy,because I want to get a dog that will be with me all the time?

Details:

I dont have alot of friends because i go to a homeschooling schol and when i come home im lonely,and i want to know if they will be clingy and want to be with me all the time.

Pugs aren't particularly clingy, Cocker Spaniels are, they are the best dogs all round imho!

Pugs aren't exactly clingy, but be prepared for A LOT of medical issues. A major one is there eyeballs popping out of there sockets, collapsing trachea, they have to have a harness instead of a collar, you need to wash inbetween the wrinkles on there face and you need to socialize them from a young age. Hope this helps.
