Are Facebook posts admissible evidence for Canadian Court?

I am being cyber bullied and the police haven't helped. I was told to try a restraining order against the people doing the bullying. I was able to apply for one because she called my work trying to get me fired. All I have for evidence are Facebook posts. Are the admissible?

I would call the courts and ask them because this might be the only way of getting the problem taking care of I would see if you can print it out and take it to the court with you and ask the clerk to attach it so the judge can look at it.
