Hiya, so i was rushed into hospital at 3:30am Monday Morning with extremely painful stomach pains. After several scans, it turns out that i had appendicitus and had to have my appendix removed later that day. I had open surgery Monday Night and all was successful. Im now in a lot of pain and still feeling sick all of the time and the scar is HUGE!!!!! The hospital discharged me tuesday morning. So, i was wondering, does anybody know when i will be able to return to normal activities and sports? Im a netball player and play as GD (so run around quite alot and stretch the stomach muscles alot) so does anybody know when ill be fine to return? Also, will the scar eventually fade and if so how long will it take? Anything will be helpful, thanks :)
