I'm having trouble with certain subjects and i need help. If you know an app or a website that can help me answer the questions that i don't know how to solve, please tell me

I don't know of any apps or sites like that, but iirc there was a forum, scienceforums.net, or something like that, that had a help forum where you could ask for help. I don't know what subjects you need help with or what subjects they'll help you with, but it might be worth checking out.
Other than that, maybe khan academy would be another place to look at. It's full of (usually )easy to understand and follow video tutorials on various different subjects. If you're serious about learning, it might be a good resource.
