This happened last year, and I think this was sleep paralysis, but I'm not sure. If you know if it was, please tell me! (:
Okay, so I woke up but couldn't move. I was laying on my bed, and at first I saw myself laying there from someone else's eyes, but then I saw through my own. I couldn't look anywhere, just up.
Then, I saw a mast pop up in front of my face. It was tilting from side to side, and it looked like a devil. I wanted to scream or call for help but I couldn't. I don't know how long it lasted, but eventually I woke up.
Anyone want to hear my story?

I am not sure if you get involved with the Paranormal or not but if you wish to see something you will, so I would suggest not focusing on it. If it did happen or did not happen as you were awake, no one but you could truly find out. However, I would suggest focusing on happy thoughts from now on. I have had multiple paranormal experiences in my life and I found that when you carry a symbol of your religion or just a symbol of protection around you or place it in your room on your dresser or something. It truly works wonders to no longer be scared of these situations. I wish I could help you more but I do not have enough information here to go on. I hope thing's get better and you do not experience this again.
You were dreaming or hallucinating not sleep paralysis. That is wide awake not seeing masks or anything else and lasts at most a minute or two. People like to make it into something it is not or a much bigger deal when it is not.
