Anyone know about a movie about a hand that is in a hotel ? I remember an Air vent scene. pleasehelp

I remember a scene where the hand was in an Air vent in a hotel i think, i also remember a scene where a woman opened her buttoned shirt to a guy, and he was so supprised ( i think) that he fell out of a window.
