I wanna lose at leat 15 pounds anyone know a good DVD for that and help with what food good for weight loss and what ones not

Watching DVDs is more likely to lead to weight gain than loss. Try to get out of the house and do some sports activities, running around etc., ideally in a club with other people, anything than involves running or swimming which gets you out of breath. Eat "natural" foods, i.e. something that was grown by a farmer rather than fabricated in a factory. Fresh vegetables, fruit, eggs, water/tea. Cut out carbonated drinks like cola, reduce sugary foods (almost every American "non-natural" food product has sugar in it), less salt, and just have smaller portions than usual. But really, being active is the most important step to take; then STAY active, or you will just be wasting your time.
