Anyone have any info on what a Harmonium Piano Accordion is?

I got one from my grandfather and I cant find ANY info on it. It has 24 white keys and on the back it has "made in italy" scratched in it.

It is a piano that is operated by air pressure. So like a harmonica. When you pump the bellows and press a key the air will pass through and make a note.

Anyone have any info on what a Harmonium Piano Accordion is?
