Hi! So my mom told me I could get a puppy for my birthday (Yay!). I'm currently looking for the perfect breed for my lifestyle. I'll be entering the 7th grade (So I'll be gone for seven-eight hours each weekday). But also I'm a very active person who will go jogging/running with the dog for at least two-five miles a day. Also I would love to have a dog who would be able to be a off leash dog for running. It would be great if it was one of the good frisbee breeds because I'm hoping to be able to teach him/her to fetch and catch frisbees. It would be great if they were medium sized and cute. Fur amount doesn't matter. I have no younger siblings, and I will be turning thirteen that birthday. He/She will be a inside dog and probably end up sleeping in the bed with me. Also, it would be great if it was a sort of protective dog, one that will stay by my side. I had something happen when I was little which makes me very paranoid and have high anxiety, I'm also highly afraid of the dark and wake up with nightmares all throughout the night. I usually only sleep about five-six hours (on a good night) and need a companion to snuggle up and watch Netflix with me until I fall back to sleep. He/she needs to be compatible with other animals. I own a Syrian hamster and have a outdoor cat that hangs around my backyard. So no high prey drive pets please. Thank you so much for reading this and thank you more if you respond :). I would really like if you could one list the breed and two describe a little about it. If you have had a dog like that before talk about your experience a bit! That would really influence and help my decision. Thanks in advance <3!

If you want a bigger dog, I'd recommend a golden retriever. I have one. They're really friendly and smart. They're also super cute! If you're looking for a smaller dog, I'd say a cavalier. They're cute, smart, loving, and they get along with other dogs/people (just like a golden retriever). Both really adorable, smart, and loving, so I'd pick them. But I don't know. It's your choice! :D

I know, I've done chores for about two years now saving. I have about four hundred dollars, and my mom says she'll double what I have. So we'll probably invest in a really good puppy, but still have a lot for toys and such! Labs are adorable and are definitely on my radar of choices :3
