You became muscular because it depends on the kind of your exercise. I recommend you to workout only not using weights. Also controlling your weight includes eating habits.
So why not try the following?
Listen to your stomach. “I used to count calories,” says 19-year-old Julia, “but now I just stop eating when I’m full.”
Avoid foods that are unwholesome. “By cutting out soda,” says Peter, aged 21, “I lost five kilograms (10 lb) in just one month!”
Adjust bad eating habits. “I try not to go back for seconds,” says 19-year-old Erin.
Secret to Success: Don’t skip meals! If you do, you’ll feel starved and tend to overeat.
I'm thinking it's no longer fats that are stored in your body? There are still ways you can lose those pounds you have gained. Losing weight would always start in the kitchen. You have to keep in mind that it's 70% diet and 30% exercise. You could lose those extra pounds, but the problem continues when you see those saggy skin and excess fat in some areas in your body. This is what most people do not understand about. Going under the knife can be a solution. Lotusmedicalinternational.com explains how liposuction is done to keep your body firm and back to how you wanted it to be.
