Have there been Any instances where a civilian company sponsored either a military or private military organization (PMC)? If so, what sort of partnership would that have fallen under? For instance; general, limited or limited liability partnerships.

This sponsorship would have to be for the military/PMC company to either show off or officially adopt the civilian company's goods into their own equipment.
