Im 20 yr old women who has poly cystic ovarian syndrome the last yr my periods just started to get normal i just had my period on august 30th but the last few weeks ive been dizzy light headed i get nausea very easily ive been drinking a lot of fluids but cant seem to quench my thirst i have been using the bathroom a lot but i figured since ive been drinking more then usual that was the reason and the last 4 days i have been spotting with dull achy cramps. Also ive been very fatigue and all I want to do is sleep ive been like this now for bout 3 weeks now. ive taken 3 different pregnancy test and they all have been negative. i dont have insurance right now since i just moved to a different area so i cant go to a doctor so any help would be great

I am not a medical professional. I suggest you see a doctor. I know you find that difficult, but this could be serious. This advice should not be taken if you have any reason to think it would be counter-productive, or if it is different than any professional advice you have recieved.
Dizzyness and not being able to quench your thirst sound as though you may have a fever. Do you have a thermometer to check? If you are even a little feverish, you lose water through your skin faster, and become dehydrated. To treat dehydration you need to replace electrolytes (sugars and salts) that you lose from urine and sweat. This means drinking water-based drinks with sugar and salt in them. Chemists sell rehydration powders that you mix into water, which is exactly the same as Powerade but doens't taste as nice.
Dizzyness is also a potential symptom of infection of the ears/nose. Are you able to but anti-biotics? I'm not sure because your health system is different than Australia, where it is free to see a doctor. You can help your immune system to be it's best by eating uncooked leafy green vegtables and fresh fruit every day. Water souble vitamins are lost in urine and need to be replaced daily.
If you just moved, are you eating or drinking something diffferent? Is the water quality okay? If you prepare your own food and buy your drinks, you can be pretty sure that this isn't the cause.
Try to keep a regular sleep and eating pattern. Eat at the same time each day and make yourself go to bed early, don't allow yourself naps. Try to spend at least 30 minutes walking or doing other exercise.
Sleeping too much can be a sign of dehydration, infection, depression, pretty much anything.
Sleeping too much can also be because you aren't sleeping WELL. Try to go to bed early, and DONT have naps. Make sure your bed linen are fresh, that there is air flow through your room at night, that you can block out most light and sound. Avoid doing anything in bed that keeps you awake/makes you think like reading, watching TV, or playing on your phone. Back lite screeens are especially good at waking you up and you want to train your brain that bed = sleep. Dont eat or exercise right before bed. You want to be relaxed and have an empty stomach (a warm drink is okay).
Again, see a doctor as soon as possible. Keep a diary of sympoms such as hours of sleep, diet, when you feel tired, naseous, any aches and pains. Every bit of information could help your doctor determine what is happening.
