I have a friend who was recently arrested for a grand theft charge. what happened was my friend found a wallet with no money no identification pretty much empty except a few things so they tossed it. thing is this friend was caught on camera picking it up and the owner of the wallet claims there was a lot of money in it. but video shows nothing but picking up wallet. how credible is this to stand in court? will it stick? please let me know thanks!!
