Yes There are many exercise. First of all as you might know Running and walking are the best exercise for any of us. 30 minutes of walking, 30 minutes of running in early morning with Light breakfast (Don't run too fast OR after heavy meals) Drink plenty of water. You can join any good gymnasium and join good trainer. Don't do anything without incomplete knowledge of it. Thank you
