No one believes when i said i have anxiety attacks during stressful situations. my family, my friends, everyone. no one tried to even help after knowing and my parents just dismissed it as i am being a fool. Just because i am could successfully act as a cheerful brave girl who can do about almost anything, no one treats me seriously when i am feeling strong anxiety panics. What should i do?

Anxiety is nothing to take lightly. It is one condition that can cause both medical and mental conditions as well.
There are a lot of things that can trigger it, but you more likely want to know what to do for it.
First of all we live in very anxious times, in fact, even the Bible refers to it as, “critical times hard to deal with.” (2 Timothy 3:1) it also says,“a calm heart gives life to the body.” (Proverbs 14:30)
Anxiety is not always negative, it can also have a positive side to it . Anxiety can work for you—as long as it moves you to the right kind of action.
So what can you do to try and keep it moving in the right direction?
*Sit still for a moment and take a few slow deep breaths.
*Take things one day at a time. “Think it through. Will what you are anxious about matter tomorrow? in a month? in a year? in five years?”
*Learn to live with what you cannot change.
*Put your situation in perspective. The Bible says: “Make sure of the more important things.”—Philippians 1:10.
*Talk to someone, who is willing to listen. Sometimes parents and friends love you so much, they are not always willing to hear negative feelings we may have. Find a listening ear else where. Writing your thoughts down can really help, because it now becomes the papers problem and when you read it back you can view it more objectively.
*Best of all, Pray. The Bible says: “Throw all your anxiety on [God], because he cares for you.”—1 Peter 5:7.

Firstly u have to stop thinking what everyone is thinking and start putting your energies into thinking about how your feeling.. Also waisting time thinking people should be concerned for you when they really don't give a shit.. There's good meds out there from a doctor or so.e people control anxiety with doctors... Don't worry what u think people think
There is no doubt that you are having anxiety attacks, but it is something that you are experiencing. Therefore, others cannot be compassionate towards you because only you are feeling the pain and the misery and the suffering. What is the solution? To realize the cause of this anxiety. Anxiety is making you miserable because it is these small fears and worries that are intertwining and ultimately, bursting like a volcano and giving you anxiety attacks. It is like the lava that flows out of a volcano with heat, smoke and fire, this is what anxiety does. But in reality, this is an imaginary issue. The issue is of the mind, it is born out of ignorance. Because we don't live in the present moment with bliss and joy, because we let worries and fears, which are imaginary, rule our life, we permit anxiety to become a disease, a problem. Eliminate anxiety by realizing you are the Divine Soul.
