You could go with, "I would like to represent ____ because, (name what you like about the pageant) and being queen would help me support my favorite charity, (favorite charity)" most pageants are big on community service/volunteer service. And they love hearing that you would use your title to support your favorite charity. ;) But make sure that you make it sound sincere. Good luck!!!
