Right basically ever since I was merely a 5 year old ive noticed that I suffer from issues with anger. I used to (and still do sometimes) shout at my parents. I got into a lot of fights at primary school and a couple at secondary school I even once hit someone merely because they shoved me and put them off school for 1 week. In lessons I try to behave but sometimes drift off and lose focus. I have for a while done many things I regret out of anger. For example I hate being told what to do and refused to take my punishment at my kickboxing class earlier today and hence I had to sit the lesson out. I have even split open my own knuckle before purely out of anger. My mum used to state that she was going to send my for anger management help but never followed through with the issue. Has anyone got any suggestions of what I should do to help control my anger issues besides medication (I would hate having my emotions controlled by medication)
