An unmanned spacecraft landed on mars, and the photos are faked?

Since 1962, there have been 38 missions to Mars by Russia, America, Japan, and the European Union. Many successful flybys, oribiters, landers and rovers have taken hundreds of 1000s of photos (if not millions of photos).
