Hi, I am a 14 years old female, I am roughly 4 feet 10 inches and weight 99 pounds. I really want to be healthy, it's important that I'm not overweight, because I do not want to be despressed about a body. I feel healthy, like I can be active and flexible but I just to be sure I am, can someone please tell me the truth? To stay healthy I drink water, and eat rarely, maybe 1000 or less calories each day. I also exercise very frequently, I do pushups, crunches, stretches, and my favorite, the plank, which is challenging nut most effective is what I read. I hope this is enough information to calculate my weight for whoever answers this. And I'm desperate to be healthy for school this year, so I don't get made fun of.
