I'm not a full tilt racist at all, but sometimes I feel like America is better than other races/cultures. For example, when a foreign country develops something very successful that many people around the world like, it seems to me that America should be the one who made it. I do like a few companies that produce some of my favorite things ( video games, TV shows, toys, etc.) , but they are of foreign origin. Whenever I am reminded of this, I feel jealous and surpassed by a country that America is capable of rivaling. So that leaves me wondering, am I truly prejudiced against other races/cultures?

Well, that's not racially prejudiced exactly. If it was that would mean you hated a race of people for just being that race. Also America isn't a race, it's a country. Race would be like asian or white. However I would say it's not exactly right to feel that America is better then other countries. America has done a lot of things in the past to be ashamed of and still has a lot of things it needs to work on. Just like any other country it has things to be proud of and things it desperately it needs to fix. Howeve there is nothing wrong with wanting your country to do better. Maybe if you see something you think America should do better in you can try and do something about so you don't have to feel jealous anymore:)
