Am I pregnant?

Since I can only answer once, I'll tell you what I think all at once. The only real way to tell is to take a pregnancy test. If it's positive, call your local clinic and make an appointment with an OBGYN. They will then order blood work to confirm that you are in fact pregnant. If you are, they'll schedule an appointment for an ultrasound. If not, you received a false positive test which can happen. But, if the test is negative, you're not pregnant.
