Whenever I have milk my nose gets stuffy and my throat gets a little tight. My dad and brother are both lactose intolerant.

If your dad and brother are lactose intolerant then you probably got the genes from your dad too if your nose gets stuffy and your throat gets tight when you drink milk. Or if you are unsure then go to a doctor to see if you are lactose intolerant.
